Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Little Brook, Batcombe, nr Bruton

Nestled in the heart of Batcombe, our renovated coach house offers a comfortable place to stay. The cottage is situated in a picturesque village a few yards from fantastic walks across the mendip hills. Bookings for Christmas, Easter min 3 days also bank holidays must be a minimum of 3 nights, Friday-Monday. Also up to 2 dogs are very welcome. There is a £10 per dog per night charge which can either be added to Airbnb booking or paid when here.

On site there are 3 well stocked coarse fishing lakes (Higher Farm Fishery) available - free fishing for one guest during their stay. Well behaved dogs welcome. Off road parking.
