Lovely house with two double bedrooms, I work full-time in the area so am normally around to assist with anything you need, on occasion I'll be travelling and on those occasions my friends nearby will always be able to assist you. Check in time is flexible!My house has only recently been redecorated, rewired, new furniture etc in August 2022. It's within 5 min walking distance to all parts Stoneybatter/Smithfield, also 5 min walk to main bus routes, 10 min walk to Luas & 15 mins to the train.
