Joe was a great host. We were able to check in early and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It looks great in the photos but was even better in person.

Marie was such an accommodating host, and so thoughtful! She proactively asked if any children were coming, if we needed any special requirements, and even left an Easter egg along with goodies for us on arrival ❤️ The apartment is very close to the station, but very peaceful inside. Felt at home right away. Plenty of games available - kids loved their first taste of Twister! Thanks again!

Paul's place was excellent. It's really big with gorgeous decor and there was so much space for all five of us. It was in an amazing location right by the sea. 5-10 minute walk to the water. We went there frequently. Lovely park just outside the house where we sat having coffee every morning. Nice restaurants nearby but still a quiet and chill area. Paul was excellent to deal with. Very responsive and flexible. We would definitely come back!

We came with a group of friends and a 2-year-old. The garden flat is stunning and surpasses the photos. Jane and Mark were so easy to communicate with and we really loved the small touches to make our check-in comfortable. They left a travel cot and some children’s books for our friend’s daughter. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely come back!

Lee & Sue's place was very modern, clean, great location and the host was very friendly and literally saved us by letting us checking early as we had to leave our previous aisbnb and couldn't pick my car from locked car park so had to be on the street with little baby and lots of luggage. Highly recommended!

Perfect spot for us as doing Marathon

Huge space, duplex home across two floors with large bedrooms, lounge and superb kitchen. Value for money was excellent considering it’s in the heart of Old Portsmouth. Perfect location!

From the booking to leaving, the process was so easy. The house was amazing, perfect for our family stay away for a wedding and it felt like home from home. The welcome pack was very well received and a very welcome visit from Mark to check everything was OK for us. It's these personal touches which makes Mark an outstanding host. If ever we need to stay somewhere in the area again, we would have no hesitation in booking this accommodation again

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

The hosts were great, really appreciate them readying the pool for us early in the year. very friendly and gave good recommendations for the area, and told us how to get onto the local footpaths and trails, couldn't be happier.

A decent town house close to everything Brighton has to offer with the added bonus of dedicated parking. OK in off season but small courtyard garden hardly gets any sun so in summer some could be dissapointed. Had a small issue with the shower screen that led to a flooded bathroom floor. Owner quick to respond and he will fix it. We said not to worry whilst we were there and used towels tomorrow up.

Lovely home suitable for families or groups. Very close proximity to the beach and 5-10 mins from East Wittering. We especially enjoyed the garden space and the open plan kitchen/living area. Esther was a fabulous host who made everything easy and straightforward. We had a lovely break over the May Bank Holiday.

The house was immaculately clean. All the equipment and furnishings were really well looked after and of good quality. Lovely bedding etc. There was plenty of ‘nice to haves’ such as lots of games, water sports equipment and bits and bobs in the kitchen. Would recommend as a base for a large family or two medium sized families away together. We were a group of 12 women celebrating and we all had comfortable accommodation. The garden was really peaceful and pleasant - we had our lunch one day on the patio. It’s a great location for very easy access to the beach and some lovely walks.

Beautiful apartment with amazing balcony and views to the sea. Lovely facilities and pretty good location only around 25 minutes from station and 20 minutes from The Laines. Bars, restaurants and shops at top of street within few minutes walk. Some noise from local pub (located across the lane but it was Friday night) but this dropped after about 11. Wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely return. Thankyou!

Good location close to station and North Laine

From the initial enquiry to check in Stephen was helpful and patient seeing it was our first Airbnb experience We were greeted on arrival by James who like Stephen was fantastic. James gave us a great insight into local pubs and restaurants,helped us unload car and showed us around the penthouse.The penthouse itself was spotless and sitting on the large balcony overlooking the bandstand and beach was so relaxing. The penthouse was within easy walking distance of Brightons attractions. This will be the first of many visits Thank you Stephen and James From Steve and Karen

Excellent with kitchen supplied with basics, which were not expected. Spacious facility. Towels, linen, bedding all excellent. Easy to get to Portsmouth tourism highlights and in a quiet neighbourhood.

This is a really lovely, grownup and charming apartment. Laid back style that nevertheless is polished with all the little touches that make a stay memorable. It has everything you might hope for, the little balcony on the first floor is perfect for a quiet morning coffee with a view of the sea at the end of the road. The private terrace of the master bedroom was lovely for late night stargazing wrapped in the beautiful wool blankets provided. The lounge is cosy and the kitchen has everything you could ask for if you decide to cook at home. The bedrooms are great - just as photographed - and everything has a high-end polish throughout. Finally, the apartment was really quiet. Its proximity to the beach is a big bonus but its overall location, with lovely cafes an artisan bakery and corner shops is great. It’s ideally situated for an easy walk into town, or along the beachfront towards the pier. Thank you Renny - It was a great stay.
