Three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single bed and a pull-out bed. Large living room with two sofas, wood-burning stove and TV. Large bright outdoor room that can be used in spring and summer. Beautiful enclosed garden with seating, outdoor fireplace and greenhouse. In the garden, six hens are in the enclosure and the house and garden also have a very affectionate and social long-haired cat.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.
