Located off of Hwy 101, just over a mile above Samuel Boardman Scenic Corridor, known for its rugged, protected coastline, wild rivers, lush forests and hiking trails. Only a 5 min. drive to spectacular beaches. This romantic little cabin features a king bed, deck with an unobstructed view of the surrounding woods, cozy gas cast iron stove, Keurig, mini-fridge, microwave and lovely walk in shower.

Enjoy romantic starry nights on the porch in lovely outdoor chairs. Relax by or swim in our freshwater pond, explore the Oregon Caves, scenic mountains, local wineries, or the rugged Oregon coast. Located on the beautiful Smith River*. Fully furnished. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Spacious living room with large windows providing beautiful views of the the river. Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, blender, toaster, ironing board/iron, washer and dryer. Wifi, Roku with streaming channels (bring your login info for Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, etc). * river is not accessible from the home however there is access about 1 mile down the road. Please do not try to access river from our property.

Fern Hook Vacation Cabins are located nearby Jedidiah Smith State Park in the tiny hamlet of Hiouchi, California. Indulge yourself in a private setting of magnificent redwoods carpeted with ferns. Our newly constructed cabins with full kitchens will provide deluxe accommodations while you enjoy this natural wonderland. We are pet friendly, but require a 30$ per pet fee, for each reservation.

The Trapper's Cabin

The Trapper’s Cabin is a 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin located in the heart of Gasquet, CA, conveniently situated off the 199 highway. Gasquet is 20 miles from the ocean, 10 miles from the Redwood National Forest, and sits directly on the Smith River. Come for the many adventures that the tallest trees, cleanest river, and secluded beaches have to offer, but stay for a sense of pure serenity.
