A microwave, kettle, mini-fridge and crockery make up the kitchen area. There is free wifi and a digital radio with bluetooth to enjoy. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The views across to Ben Wyvis and the Cromarty Firth are outstanding and the dark sky at night is excellent for star gazing. Red Kites frequently fly overhead.

Original features include a huge 18th century stone fireplace and slate floors, alongside modern comforts such as a wood burning stove, open plan kitchen, shower room and king size bed (+travel cot on request). Cosy bungalow in nice wee village; shops and train/bus routes. The Ground floor is included in this listing; upstairs is kept for storage. One double bed only, the listing says one bed in lounge, only sofas but I can’t correct this… There is a covered deck out the back door, great for sitting out in the rain! Good base for access to rest of NW Scotland; on the edge of the NC500, 14 miles from Inverness. Please read the house manual; note this is a quiet street and not a party house..
