Just a 12 minute drive to the Swan Valley Restaurants and Wineries, and Caversham Wildlife Park. Regrettably children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

Your accommodation is self contained, with your own front door, and initial access is via a lock box so you can come and go as you please. Basic breakfast goods supplied for first 1-2 days. A queen size bed with firm mattress, as well as clothes storage. There is a comfy sofa for watching TV (currently free to air only) and a console with powerpoints for charging your devices. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
