Small cozy back house in the heart of Fredericia

Relax in this unique little quiet apartment, in the centre of Fredericia, which is located in a closed courtyard. For example, cafés, the theatre, the beach and shops are all within walking distance. The apartment has on the ground floor kitchen/family room as well as a toilet & bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a double bed, TV, Chromecast and bed linen and free wifi, but not ideal for people with walking difficulties. Dogs allowed. Smoking outdoors. Complimentary coffee/tea, sugar, powdered milk, etc. End a lovely day at the café table with a cup of coffee or something else.

The private courtyard faces southwest. Half of it is a large covered terrace. The location is in the center of the city with a 5-minute walk to the beach, harbor environment, pedestrian streets, eateries and shopping. The TV is with the DR app and Chromecast. We have a lovely apartment in connection with our farm, close to Vejlby Fed beach. It is 60 m2 and has a kitchen-bath, bedroom, TV wifi, living room on the 1st floor. The apartment is suitable for a couple with 1-2 smaller children. The wilderness pool can be used for a fee of DKK 300/EUR 40. The sauna can also be used for a fee of DKK 300 / EUR 40. Using both the wild pool and the sauna costs DKK 500 / EUR 65. We would appreciate a light clean upon departure, or alternatively, you can pay a cleaning fee of DKK 400

Relax in this unique and quiet home located with full sea views of the Little Belt. It exudes calm, idyll and atmosphere. Smaller cabin (30 m2) as well as a loft where there are two sleeping places. In addition, there is an annex with two sleeping places. Steep path with direct access to the beach. (beach sandals) There is a lovely wilderness bath that is heated with firewood. TV with 45 channels. Bed linen and towels must be brought. Shopping options 5 min drive from the place and only 10 min from highway.

Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. In the kitchen there is a small fridge with freezer, two hotplates, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and service. There is TV via Chromecast.
