The flat is on the ground floor, with a free parking space in the back garden. 60 m²; living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with a 150-cm double bed, hallway, entrance hall, bathroom with washing machine/dryer, and storage room. A cot is available upon request. Electric vehicle charging station available for a fee of NOK 2.00 per kWh.

Cosy flat with parking in a central neighbourhood

A well-kept small accommodation with a central location and a view of the city. It is a 1.2 km (approx. 16 min) walk from/to the railway station. It is a 1.7 km (approx. 23 min) walk to USN. There is a bus stop right below the apartment. There are two bus routes that both go to Drammen city centre. There are several grocery stores within walking distance. The countryside with hiking opportunities, a swimming area in the summer and ski slopes in the winter is not far away. Trains to Oslo run several times an hour and take about 40 minutes to Oslo Sentralstasjon.

The same goes for Vannverksdammen, which offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 downhill slopes!

The center of Drammen is only a 10-minute drive away. There is a very short distance to everyday amenities; Kiwi, Spar and McDonald's are all only 3 minutes away by car. The former railway line was removed in 2024, which contributes to an even more peaceful environment. With the immediate vicinity of the E18, commuting is also very easy.
