Total living area is approx. 30 sqm with 4 sleeping places. The accommodation has AC/Air heat pump that allows you to have a comfortable temperature . Toilet and shower with underfloor heating. Kitchen with stove and oven as well as fridge and freezer. The house is in a quiet residential area and close to a school with playground and soccer field. There is also the possibility of free parking right outside the house.

The bedroom offers a comfortable bed (160x200 cm), and air conditioning provides a comfortable indoor climate. The house is in our garden, so you can feel our presence. The apartment is located in a beautiful garden with the forest as a backdrop - about 350 meters to the nearest beach. The apartment is rented out for vacation rentals. Small balcony outside with seating for 2 people. No pets allowed. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Towels and bed linen are included. Final cleaning is required.

Guest house Rossö with possibility for charging electric cars

Small and modern apartment on the top floor of an old farmhouse. Has everything needed for an overnight or longer stay. Close to forest and land with associated hiking trails for walking and running, and at the same time close to the E6. Close to the Koster Sea for fishing for everything from mackerel to lobster. Private parking space and the possibility to charge an electric car at cost (~4 kW). A family bed (120 + 80 cm) and a sofa bed provide the possibility of overnight stays for four/five people.

Idyllic cottage on Koster Islands

Koster Islands. The house place is very idyllic in the middle of the Nature reserve. Koster National Marine Park offers a lots of nature adventures. The cottage is perfect for one or two persons and also with kids. Very nice and cosy. Live near the nature with your own garden with privacy and privat entrance. With a wonderful view. The cottage has the shower in a separate shower house, with warm water. The toilet is a new, biological one, outdoors in a small separate house.

Wonderful guest house by the sea on Galtö.

The accommodation is located by the sea, on Galtö on the way out to Resö. Right between Strömstad and Grebbestad. The guest house with sea view is located on our plot about 50m from the sea. Within 20 miles there are four golf courses. Galtö also offers good fishing waters for sea trout and fantastic forest walks. From the terrace you can enjoy the sun and sea views. My place suits couples and the small family, golfers, fly fishermen. Even dogs are welcome.

(Almost) year-round annex

Charming annex with room for four people. Beautiful location on Saltø, a small island on the Swedish archipelago coast. 5 minutes walk to both beach and jetty and 15 minutes drive to Strømstad. Outside, there is plenty of space to enjoy the day on the terrace, whether you want to eat or relax. The annex has a small glass extension with the possibility of making simple meals (no running water). This is a place for you who like the simple and quiet.

Cozy Cabin

The cabin is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and has an overall high standard. There are two separated bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has 2 separate beds. The bathroom is equipped with WC, shower and washing machine. Bring your own towels and bed linen. The cabin is situated next to our living house, and has an own garden where you can barbecue or just relax. Badminton which can be used by tenants.

Guesthouse in Resö

Welcome to our guesthouse at the beautiful island Resö. The house consists of one main room with kitchen, dining table and double bed. There is a separate bathroom and separate bedroom with bunk beds, 80 x200 cm on top bunk and 120x200 on lower bunk bed. The house is located in a quiet residential area in the middle of the island. Resö offers beautiful nature, several beaches and a grocery store. It’s a nice restaurant and bakery during summer.
