Sauna and out on the property a small rippling mountain stream and barbecue area. Hiking and skiing around the corner and only five minutes by car to the village, Borga ski center and the slopes. Fiber and charger for electric cars. Fur animals are not allowed

House in beautiful Laxviken in Jämtland, 80 km northwest of Östersund. The house is on a small farm with grazing cows around the corner. In the summer, you can swim in crystal clear water at the swimming jetty just near the house, or take a nice walk along the lake. Proximity to excellent fishing waters, mountains, berry and mushroom forests. In the neighboring village of Laxsjö, there is a grocery store that is praised for its nice service and selection. Snowy winters, sledding hills around the house, proximity to snowmobile trails and No smoking

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. View of the mountain host, idyllic nature. Located 30 minutes north of Östersund. Proximity to lake and Hårkan. Hårkan is a river and is known as one of the best fishing rivers in Sweden – especially for fly fishing. Seven minutes to Ica shop that is open 24/7, charging posts. Lits camping is 14 minutes away. There is a beach, playground and canoe rental. The accommodation has a double bed, a sofa bed and bunk bed with space for 3 people.

The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.
