Excellent location, with sea views from the balcony, lounge and bedroom of our Edwardian flat. The two bed flat is roomy with fireplace, high ceilings, a well equipped kitchen, king size bedroom and large back bedroom with 2 singles and 2 full size pull out beds. Linen supplied except towels. TV, good wifi, books games and beach stuff available. One family car space outside plus off street nearby free. Located in the old town, 2 min. walk from all facilities No smoking in flat or balcony

Beautiful rural retreat, outskirts of Swanage

Ideal for walkers, bird-watchers and nature lovers, this quiet bolt-hole is in the garden of one of the oldest houses in Swanage. The Purbeck stone building in the southern outskirts of the town is separate from the main house, has it's own entrance and off-road parking. A five minute walk brings you to the Durlston National Nature Reserve looking out over the Jurassic coast. Durlston Castle, the Lighthouse and the Southwest Coast Path are 15 minutes away on foot. All without crossing a road.

The main living area has dual aspect and bifold doors out onto an enclosed patio, garden and seating area. A perfect escape from the crowds. This newly built cabin nestles in the Purbeck countryside in the grounds of a Victorian cottage. Sit on your secluded decking and watch the steam trains roll by whilst enjoying relaxing drinks and a bbq. On colder days huddle up on the sofa in front of the logburner or wrap up for some glorious local walks. The historic villages of Corfe Castle, Worth Matravers and Kingston are within walking distance of around 30/45 minutes, with lovely pubs at the end!

Westcliff Penthouse, Unbeatable Sea Views

Westcliff Penthouse is a rare apartment for its location as not many places have such easy access to Bournemouth beach and pier. The views from the balcony and lounge and bedroom windows of the sea, old Harrys rocks and Bournemouth as well as Sandbanks beach is simply remarkable and unbeatable. The apartment consists of 2 king sized beds although we can organise an extra single bed if needed and a travel cot too. I usually meet guests upon arrival and show them everything they need to know

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Cosy comfort, hot-tub, wood burner, in New Forest.

Attached to a beautiful farm house, and set within the New Forest National Park, the Bolt Hole offers a wonderful place to relax. Enjoy the hot tub and take in the garden and paddock views. When it is chilly, draw the curtains and light the wood burner. Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 3 minutes' drive to the wonderful New Forest. Bring your dog too, there are fields for them to run around in.

Tucked away at the top of a period building this completely renovated apartment offers amazing views of the the coast and Boscombe Pier. All new furniture and fittings with a luxurious 2000 spring king size bed to relax in. Motorised blinds allow you wake and enjoy the view without having to leave the bed. A dedicated off road parking space is provided which is rare in this area and the sea front is just a 400 meter walk away.
