Holiday rentals with lake access in Sudong-myeon

I had a fun 3 nights and 4 days! It was clean, cozy, and just like the picture. And most of all, I was so grateful that the owner was so considerate of our convenience. The walk along the river in front of the house is really pretty as others have said, so I recommend it. The location of the house is a bit in the corner, so you may get lost, so I recommend asking the owner and going.

We highly recommend this apartment! It has everything one would need and is exactly as described as well as clean. The housekeeping instructions/rules were clear and easy to follow. The location is nice too, it‘s a quiet corner in a nice neighbourhood yet very close to plenty of cafés, restaurants, markets, etc. And most importantly, Sulin is a wonderful and kind host. She provided a stress-free check-in and out process. The communication was good and she kindly helped with any questions we had. We would definitely book this again if given the chance!

It was affordable and the facilities were good for the price. The owner was so kind and nice! I want to visit again next time ☺️

I really enjoyed staying at this place. It was sparkling clean and had all the essentials in the bathroom. The little photo frames, a warm table lamp created a cozy mood, and the duvet was so soft and warm. I spent most of my time outdoors so I only had a chance to use the place for sleeping and washing, which is really sad and especially the price was a bit higher. But I definitely recommend the place for a solo female travelers who is looking for a quiet and beautiful place that is close to the Lotte World and Seokchon Lake area.

It was neat and really nice! There was also a game, so it was perfect to play with friends, There were also board games and cards, so there was no time to get bored. Both the rooms on the first and second floors were warm, and the boiler hot water came out well! There were plenty of towels and it was tidy. Shampoo, body wash, and disposable toothbrushes are carefully prepared in the bathroom, so I'm impressed. The weather was a little disappointing, but it was still the best. We were used by 2 couples, and there was plenty of space and 100% satisfaction! I arrived a little early, but I was very grateful that they allowed me to check in around 14: 00. It's an accommodation I want to visit again!

It was my first trip with my family, so I thought about the end and chose it, and I was so satisfied! You can use the large number of people at no additional cost, and the space is more spacious than what you see in the photos, so I had a comfortable stay. Next time, I want to stay a little longer in the summer!

The photos and description matched, it was located close to public transportation, and there were many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so it was a great place to stay. The interior was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and it was very clean, so it was a place I wanted to revisit.

Thank you for being such a good owner. I come to check in early but get lost. Contact the owner right away and they provide free pickup for us. Everything was provided as a request. This housing area is close to Hongdae. Besides, the transportation was also easy to use. You can use bus or subway. The environment over there was very peaceful. There are also gs25 and cu mart near home. Got one bathroom and three bedroom. Can fit for 8 of us. Really recommended for you to stay here ! Thank you for the warmest welcome 🤗

The host was really, really kind, the view of the Han River was really, really pretty, and it was well-decorated in an emotional way. I have🥺 insomnia, so I can't sleep well when I change my bed, but the bed was also cozy, so I slept well.🫶🏻

I really searched around for airbnbs to accommodate my 10-day trip and instantly fell in love with this airbnb when I saw the listing! The host was accommodating to let me leave my luggage early so that I can head out to explore the beautiful Seoul! On top of that, the host was super responsive and helpful :) I loveeeee the space so much. It was so cozy, so peaceful, made me feel so at home! I wish my own apartment back home looked like that 😆 My experience was great! I even did some laundry and cooked some stuff :) The only confusing thing for me was Korea’s recycling system as a foreigner 😅 I will try to learn it better next time! The location was amazing, within the estate area, you can take 2 escalators down and it’s the subway station! Right outside the accoms, there’s an emart, chicken shops, noodle shops, coffee shops - everything! It’s also close to an olive young! And 2 stops away from Hongik stn, 1 stop from gimpo. Overall a 10/10 stay, I loved it 💖💖💖

I stayed here for a month and had an excellent experience! The house was always clean and neat, with complete cleaning materials provided, making it easy to maintain during my extended stay. Its minimalist design gave the space a modern and calming vibe. One of the standout features was the large window, offering breathtaking views of city lights, sunsets, the moon, and the skies—something I looked forward to every evening. The inclusion of a bidet added an extra level of comfort, and the property felt secure throughout my stay. The location was incredibly convenient, just a few steps from subway lines 1 and 6, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located, and thoughtfully designed place to stay—especially for longer visits! The host was also superb! Alex and Susan are very kind and helpful. They made us feel welcomed! The house is clean, spacious and quiet. Especially friendly for family with kids since they share toys at the house! The house is equipped with almost everything we need. We slept well and it was just like home. It is within walking distance to bus stop and subway station. Highly recommended to those who wish to stay cozy in Seoul.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was comfortable (although the steps is a bit difficult if you’re taller), and every amenity I could possibly need was available. The host was communicative, kind, and clearly takes pride in providing a good experience. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. The views of the lake are very pretty.

The host kindly explained it to me after booking, and I was thankful that he took care of me from check-in to check-out. 14 people stayed, and the space was really spacious, and I had a really good stay with kitchen facilities, toilets (2), and well-equipped kitchen facilities and supplies.

I had a very, very good rest~!!! It was a cold winter for 6 people, but it was so nice to make memories. If you're planning to use it, take turns when showering~! It's a tank type, so the boiler needs time to boil the water.

The accommodation is completely separated from other houses, so I was able to play privately! It was reassuring because the dogs were so well fenced that they could run safely, and it was nice that the barbecue area was equipped with a tent. Incidentally, there was mini golf, so it was good to spend time, and most importantly, there was a karaoke facility, so I had so much fun ~ The host contacted me really quickly and was kind, so I want to come again next time ~

We had a really cozy and peaceful stay. It was a precious experience to experience rural life not too far from Seoul. The host is operating the cafe right behind it, but the coffee was delicious and the atmosphere was the best. Best of all, we had a campfire in the yard and a campfire at night watching the stars. My 5 year old son who went with me is talking about a bonfire even when he comes home. Also, it was not far from Eupne, so it was really an advantage to be able to deliver food. Thank you.

The owner was very kind and I went with my dog, and he really liked it. There was also a valley right in front, so I had fun with the puppy. There were many benches to sit on, and the sound of the water right in front was peaceful:) The garden was also spacious, so I had fun running around.
