The apartment is located in an apartment building with a total of three apartments. The city center of Leibnitz is about 15 minutes away, the South Styrian Wine Route is about 30 minutes away and the highway is only 5 minutes away. The original part of the cellar is made of stone and well over 100 years old and was supplemented by a modern annex made of wood and glass, resulting in a perfect symbiosis of rusticity and modernity. The exceptionally beautiful view over the vineyards to our neighboring country of Slovenia is also convincing.
