We had a sweet 4-day stay at Hector's. The apartment/"cottage" is located in a quiet part of Springs, close enough to restaurants, but happily removed from the Hamptons Scene. The apartment is small and pretty basic, but comfortable, with a variety of lovely personal touches. It feels a bit funky, artsy and secluded among beautiful landscaping. The well-kept pool area and access to parking at a nearby bay beach (beach chairs and towels are provided) were highlights for us, making this a special place to hide out for a few days.

Had a wonderful time at Sandy’s casita. Such a gem of a place, it had everything I could need for a 5-day stay. I cooked at least once a day and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. Beautiful interior, comfortable, clean, and so cool. Sandy is an excellent host! I hope to come back one day.

Private, peaceful, and exactly what was needed to use as a home base while in the area for work. Also appreciated the super clear, proactive check-in instructions (Such a comfy bed, too!). Thanks for a great stay, Lori!

My fiance & I stayed at Alexis’ place for a weekend getaway and loved every minute! The home is conveniently located to many attractions in the area whether it’s the wineries, the beaches, or local farm stands - there is so much to do! We loved being able to take out the bikes each morning to really feel like a local. The suite and the grounds are beautiful, very well kept, and cozy. We would definitely stay again!

This is 2nd time to Diane’s wonderful place. It’s a gem in the Hamptons and I feel so at home. I can’t wait to return…again! I repeat guest for sure! Thank you for everything, Diane!!

Owners of this house invest huge amount of time and energy into making a stay of their guests comfortable. The apartment is accessible without any steps. Backyard has plenty of space both in the sun and a shadow, and it is fully fenced. Area for outdoor evening movie time was my personal "wow!" Decorative lights create so festive mood! Kitchen was equipped with many items to cook and serve own meals. Supermarkets are in just several minutes drive by car. There is a powerful shower in the bathroom. Blinders in the bedroom are capable to create a semi-dark environment even in the midday - good for a nap time! Apartment was very clean. Outdoor furniture may require to be cleaned by guests, however there is a vacuum in the closet and plenty of housekeeping items to do it. So many details are taken into account, everything is well organized. We are delighted with our stay and will definitely check availability of this apartment in the future when we are in the area. Kayla’s place was great! Amenities are unmatched. The gym was really cool, the movie theater was fun and that sauna was very relaxing! We had a few issues with the heat that Kayla controls from her phone, but she was very responsive and easy to communicate with working to resolve it. Check in and out was easy. We ordered in most nights and the uber delivery didn’t take long to get out there. Overall I’d recommend this place!

Our stay at Robert’s was great. The proximity to the farmers and brewery’s and vineyards is something you can’t beat here. He had k-cups for coffee and a brita for water stocked at the apartment which is always so appreciated.

Stayed at Michael’s apartment in the past. This time was no different, great enjoyable apartment and great hospitality. Will for sure be back in the future.

Linda was very responsive and the place is immaculate inside. Very nice furnishings and spacious parking for 2 vehicles.

Had a great stay at Yussette’s place. The accommodations were as described in photos, clean, and comfy. My only concern was that during colder nights it was absolutely freezing. I reached out as there is no thermostat in the room and was told the heat would be raised. It was only temporary as a short time later it was freezing again. Other than that, everything else was wonderful.

We were in my husband’s hometown visiting family for the holidays and the entire experience was perfect. The location, the amenities, the homey charm. We’ll definitely be back!

I’ve stayed at many air bnb but this one is definitely the most unique. We loved everything about it. And will absolutely be staying in the future.

Dan is the most responsive host we've ever had. Usually we got a reply within minutes or even seconds. He happily got the hot tub heated up for us when we needed it and replenished our towels within an hour of our request. That hospitality made our stay so much better. The home is beautiful! It's right on the water, and features lots of luxurious tile, a huge patio, a little dock and lots of windows and open space from which to see it all. We especially loved the hot tub. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I'm ever on Long Island again.

The property is terrific and checks all the boxes anyone would look for, but the star is really Stephanie, the owner. My girlfriend and I were in a very tight spot after leaving a VRBO property almost immediately upon arrival after we ran into misrepresentation and serious cleanliness issues. Stephanie was not only incredibly flexible in allowing us to book on basically zero notice, she showed up at 7 pm - like, 15 minutes after booking - to let us in with a freaking bottle of wine and snacks. On the night before we left, we mentioned we might want to bring our dog to the beach with us the last day but couldn’t find beaches...*she went and tracked down dog-friendly beaches.* The list goes on. She went out of her way again and again throughout the weekend, turning a potential disaster into a relaxing and delightful weekend. Hosts like her are why AirBNB thrives. I can only think of two other customer service experiences in my life that fall in the same category of effort. In short: property is solid (as well as good value for the area), host is spectacular. You won’t be sorry to book this spot.

My family (2 adults, 2 small children) felt right at home and had everything we needed. This was the perfect private oasis during a busy weekend, and the spaces were very clean, well-maintained, roomy, and in short felt like being at home. Thank you!

This was a great unit right by the train station. It was clean and fresh, well stocked and comfortable. We will consider this place again when on Long Island.

I enjoyed every minute of my quick escape to Montauk! Check in and out was simple and convenient. The room was clean, private, and peaceful. Plus location has a beautiful view and is within steps to the beach.
