We also have an adjacent smaller twin bedroom which is available for the same group or perfect for families with children (aged 5 upwards). Both bedrooms share the same private bathroom. NB 2 night minimum stay over Easter We are perfectly placed to enjoy Constable country and the coast is nearby too.

Really easy to find and up a small track with huge amounts of greenery, trees and wonderful views. Very quiet location, perfect to rest up in. Amazing host who can't do enough for you, fantastic cooked breakfast and classic farmhouse style decor. Only 20 minutes from Ipswich. If you have any questions just ask!

No.6 is only 5/10 min walk from Coach/ Railway Station, market square/shops/theatre/Abbey gardens, shopping centre Arc and theatre Apex. The Private, cosy room, overlooking the back garden has a private bathroom (with shower, WC and basin)., WiFi, central heating, Free -View TV. Key safe access for late arrivals by front door. Easy reach of Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Stansted Airport, Haverhill. Good local pubs/restaurants. Being located in a rural/countryside location, there are lovely walks and cycling routes enabling guests to enjoy the surrounding villages and local area. A spacious double room in a large period house with extensive garden. Halesworth is only a 20-minute walk away (less than 5 by car). Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Snape are all within a short drive. Latitude Festival buses stop outside the house. I can make you full English or continental breakfast at a competitive rate. Tea and coffee in room. Dogs very welcome but are owners' responsibility at all times.

Enjoy a relaxing and restful stay in this beautifully converted little barn, located in the lovely Suffolk countryside on the Shotley peninsula near Woolverstone. Close to the rivers Orwell and Stour and surrounded by many splendid walking opportunities and restored in the grounds of the Red Lion, one of the loveliest restaurants in the area.
