the villa is comfortable, the view is good, there is a fairly clean swimming pool (just call the clerk to clean if it is dirty) the facilities obtained are also good.

It was a great experience to stay at villa armsberg. We got very good service, homny villa, friendly elderly and toddler, many games we can do to fill the holiday time. But from all that, we are really grateful to Pak Cahya who was very helpful to our family by finding a mechanic on Sunday when your vehicle was in trouble. So that the vehicle issue can be resolved properly and we go home safely. Thank you for the nice hospitality.

Villa is very comfortable, clean, very good view! There are many activities (table tennis, bultang, basketball, billiards), there are reading books as well. The kitchen equipment is super complete, even the trivia is rich in kilo & mica for the food. The host is very very Informative & responsive👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Thank you for Pak Azis & Bibi who are also very helpful & friendly. It's nice to be sure yesterday that the garden was planted around the villa (cassava, papaya, banana). Overall very very satisfied in this villa.

The villa offers a very pleasant experience because it has a beautiful mountain and river view, which can be enjoyed for photos. Other than that, the villa is well maintained, comfortable, clean, cold and silent (perfect for anyone looking for tranquility). Pak Jack (Villa manager) is also very responsive in dealing with every problem that arises check-in and check-out hours, which can be adjusted if the villa is available. However, there are disadvantages in this villa only providing electric stove, not gas stove, which makes the cooking process a little slower & of course the noise if guests are not used to it. In addition, the villa does not provide a cold and hot water dispenser, which can make it easier for guests to brew coffee or tea. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed staying at this villa and will probably revisit in the future.

The place couldnt be more perfect. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it. Child friendly, super clean and the food was great. Fitriana and her family are very welcoming and will go out of their way to make your stay more comfortable. Amazing place to come to with spectacular views!

second time stay there , best staying experience

If you want to stay in the quiet, clean, tidy and beautiful view places, in pelabuhan ratu area the belasun is a great idea. You also can enjoy the swimming pool in belasun or you can go to the pelabuhan ratu beaches only a few meters from belasun for swimming at the sea.

This villa provided an amazing experience. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing stay in a beautiful location with stunning views. Built with warm wooden materials, it offered a cozy, relaxing atmosphere, and its excellent ventilation kept temperatures comfortable without the need for air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need—just bring your own ingredients, and you’ll be able to cook anything you desire. Even if you prefer not to cook, there’s a catering service available that provides wonderful meals. Regatta’s hospitality was outstanding, providing a welcome drink and arranging everything we needed. Nearby Cikembang Beach had perfect waves for surfing, and we enjoyed a great time surfing. The only downside was that, due to heavy rains the previous week, the road had collapsed, making it impossible to walk directly from the villa to the beach. We’d love to return and stay here again with friends.

If you ever visit this area, I highly recommend House of Belasun. The landscaping is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the food you can order is delicious. The host is also very kind and welcoming.
