Beautiful location on Ålesund's outermost island, close to sea and mountains, with beautiful views over fjord, mountains and the Sunnmørsalpene. We live in the house ourselves and share the laundry room in the basement. We use this as little as possible when visiting. The apartment is an excellent starting point for experiences in Ålesund and the surrounding areas. Possibility of renting a motorboat (40hp) and fishing equipment/water skis/Tube

The location of the house is unique and you can put on your hiking shoes and walk for hours in the mountains directly from the property. You can fish right from the quayside or rent a motorboat and explore the fish-rich Borgundfjorden. The place is just outside the fantastic Ålesund! With a speedboat from Langevåg you are in Ålesund city centre in 10 minutes, with your own car it takes 30 minutes to drive. It is only 500 meters to the closes grocery store.

Shops, restaurants and Moa shopping mall are only a few minutes away. Free parking, and EV charging may be available by arrangement (additional fee)

Peaceful and cozy apartment on the 1st floor in a semi-detached house. Rural yet close to Ålesund and Moa Shopping Center. Proximity to nice hiking areas and to the lake. By car to: Ålesund city center 20 min Moa Shopping Center 10 min Langevåg 12 min It is also possible to drive to Langevåg to leave the car there to take the speedboat over to Ålesund. This takes about 10 minutes. Then you will arrive right in the city center of Ålesund without a car.

Moa, one of Norway's largest shopping centers is 15 minutes away by car and Devoldfabrikken 5 minutes away.

For guests who stay more than two nights will be available also washing machine and dryer. Parking for one car will be provided for free next to the apartment.
