The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the Warta River. It is surrounded by numerous forests, which contributes to the clean air. There are two outdoor recreation areas at the cottage, on the south side and very useful on hot days on the north side. Right next to the cottage there is a viewing terrace overlooking the grassy landing pad for ultralight aircraft, from which you can watch beautiful sunsets. You can also see the area from a bird's eye view. The beach by the river is a 15-minute walk away, and the other one, located behind the river, is 25 minutes away.

It is a true oasis of peace, but also an excellent base for: Krakow-Częstochowa Jura – with picturesque castles, caves and amazing views. It is a favorite place for climbing and history fans! Numerous cycling and walking trails – for lovers of active recreation who want to discover the beauty of the area. Closeness to nature – the forest begins just outside the doorstep, which allows for mushroom picking or bike trips.

To idealne miejsce, jeśli marzysz o ciszy, świeżym powietrzu i bliskości natury. Dom posiada duży ogród, w którym można odpocząć przy kawie, zrobić grilla lub poczytać książkę w cieniu drzew.
