Chata Šimterka has been completely renovated and modernized. There is a swimming pool right next to the cottage, and in the lower part of the complex there is a great Finnish sauna. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.

The cottage is located in Volšovy, just 3 km from Sušice, where you can find all amenities. It lies by the forest and offers absolute peace and quiet with a view of the Šumava countryside. Parking is possible on the private plot, where you can also find a pergola and a terrace. The two-storey cottage is equipped with kitchen, bathroom with shower WiFi and TV. I offer for rent one of my two cottages located in Stachy (Jirkalov). The cottage is located on a sunny eastern slope 3 km from the winter sports resort Zadov. It is only 10 minutes walk to the village where there is a shop, bistro, pub, post office, doctor and pharmacy. You'll love it here because the surrounding countryside is beautiful in summer and winter. Beautiful south Bohemian cottage

The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn.
