Overall it was a nice stay. Only thing is the tight driveway you have to be very careful driving down which they mentioned in the listing.

Cute and cozy studio with a kitchenette in a neighborhood close to freeway, UCSB and strip mall with grocery store, Starbucks, etc. The Gerrits asked what we needed for our coffee ahead of time and provided the decaf Keurig cups and oatmilk that we preferred. They also provided free bottled water and snacks too which was much appreciated! We stayed during a very warm weekend so we slept with the window open and fan on. Not sure if there is A/C in the unit though so check with the host if that’s a must have.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

My girlfriend and I took a trip to montecito and stayed the weekend here and it was a very great experience. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The place itself was very clean, comfortable, and private. Everything about our stay here was wonderful. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend.

This isn't our first time and will not be our last. I was so happy this place was available for our dates. It is the first we look for when trying to find an affordable, quiet, and private place. Has an amazing kitchen, bathroom, and master bed and we absolutely love it here. Amazing find and the best place ever to stay at with what you get and price. In a VERY quiet community but very close to the life of the beach, the amazing foods, malls, and theaters. Also close enough to LA but far enough from the hustle and bussle as well as traffic. Only reason to give this place a 1 star is so I can keep this great find to myself!😁

Had an amazing month stay here. It had everything you could need as somebody who works from home. Perfectly situated between downtown and wine country. The neighborhood is beautiful and great to walk around.

The apt is very nice. Walls are thin but bedroom is private and quiet. Emalie and Brian were very easy to contact and helpful. The location is not in the town center but in a bedroom community 1-2 miles from center of town. It did have convenience stores and restaurants nearby (the noodle house is supposed to be a locals favorite). The stay was very nice. Thank you!

Whether it’s your first time in SB or you’re a returning traveler, Kyle’s stay is the perfect spot to reside during your visit! Starting off with its location near needed stores and recommended restaurants like Jeanine’s diner, you can’t ask for a better location. A stay should consist of both an Experience along with Convenience and this home provides both. In using AirBnB, I think prompt communication from a host is a strong factor of making the stay a great one and Kyle executed that “to a T”! An issue would arise, she was quick to respond! I appreciate the home, the location and the professionalism that Kyle displayed during my visit.

Excellent location, clean and simple. We’ll stay again.

Clean, quiet, convenient and private, our stay worked out great for us since we were close to our family and that was essential. We both slept great, and we actually figured out how to use the TV! I loved seeing Elvira’s beautiful vegetable and flower garden out front, and having all the lighting really helped us find out way home at night. I would definitely come back.

Thank you Rami, for providing a great location from which we could ride our bikes easily and with plenty of bike lanes. The convenience of having groceries nearby and a full kitchen were both appreciated. Your home plus vineyard is a wonderful place to access all that Solvang and the surrounding area has to offer. Great place in East Ventura area. We were visiting our daughter and it was a great base for us. Comfortable living room and close to shopping. Short drive to the harbor area.

I had a wonderful stay at Victor's place in Ventura. It is in a quiet neighborhood just steps to the beach with several restaurants and shops within walking distance - Duke's in particular was a great place with good food and local flavor. The beds were comfortable and the backyard space was a real treat. I would definitely stay here again.

It was home away from home from the moment we walked in--peaceful, comfortable, light and airy, open floor plan, tasteful decor and spotlessly clean. Rajvir is always an amazing host and we were fortunate to stay in one of her places again. The neighborhood is perfect for walking with gorgeous landscaping and the on site work out facility is an added bonus.

We absolutely loved Maddie’s house in SB! The beds and pillows were SO comfortable, the kitchen has everything we needed and we felt right at home. We brought bikes to get around and never had to move our car! Super close to the beach too! Maddie was super helpful whenever we needed anything! We definitely will be returning to this super cute beach house!

Anne and Emory were fantastic hosts! They were very responsive and Anne even called me personally to make sure we got in ok. The place was great! I think it was nicer than most hotels if u wanna stay right in Solvang. The extra room is great!!

Great location just outside the town; a quick 5-min walk to all the happening areas. The apartment is quite spacious and the property has many amenities. Great home away from home.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place is as beautiful as the pictures and we loved being able to walk to the main drag with tons of restaurants and coffee shops in Montecito, as well as Butterfly beach. We enjoyed relaxing at the house and kept the windows/doors open in the afternoon for the fresh ocean breeze and enjoyed cooking dinner at the house one of the nights. The jacuzzi was lovely.
