I have a 20' bass boat that I navigate in and out of the canal easily(use of trolling motor on the short private canal is recommended).

Enjoy lakefront living close to everything the Nature Coast has to offer. Entire home is for your use with a private pool and boat dock. Beautifully decorated and comfortable living space to enjoy some family time. The 3 bedroom home has 2 king beds, 1 bunk bed (twin and full size) and 1 twin trundle bed. Sleeps 8. Enjoy using the 3 kayaks on the lake during the day, then challenge each other to a game of 8 ball at night on the billiards table. Swim and enjoy cocktails by the pool on the lanai.

Fish for bass right off dock, canoe down the canal, or just relax around the fire pit. Airboaters, bring your boat and enjoy the Flying Eagle Preserve. Lots of fun trails and many islands to explore. Hommassa Springs & Crystal River only 30 miles away. Withlacoochee Bike trail within a few miles.

Inverness Home with a View

Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

Stroll amongst citrus, ancient oaks, and abundant flora on our 66-acre property. We have a walking path right on the water, or get adventurous and explore the wild "north 40" acres! An exceptional piece of land, we neighbor the Flying Eagle Preserve. And only a few miles away from some of Floridas most famous freshwater springs!

Lake Pan Cabin #1

This quaint one room cabin provides a tranquil lake view with a front porch swing for your ultimate relaxation. Restroom located within a few feet and a larger bath house (with shower) located less than 300 feet from cabin. Charcoal grills and a fire pit located near the cabin for your use. Complimentary use of our single kayaks or canoe. The boats are available after 9am (office opens) and must be returned by 3:30pm. They are not available when the office is closed.
