Noosa’s Main Street and the boutiques of Hastings Street are only a short drive away. Walking distance to beach - 6 mins Walking distance to shops- 5 mins As per google maps app Self check in and check out with use of a lock box for keys Both spa and gardens are maintained weekly . This occurs each Wednesday or Friday for approx an hour and should not disturb guests. Please advise us should you wish for this not to occur during your stay. Longboard Beach House - Pet Friendly

Pets welcomed - securely fenced large rear yard with lower level gate at garage entrance.The fee is $150 per pet. Noosa Council STL rules no pets to be left unattended inside or outside the house. Property backs onto pet friendly bushed national park and beach access to Sunrise and Castaways. There are two outdoor showers (1 hot &1 cold) - please do not enter the property with any residue sand on humans or pets. Additional cleaning charged. The garage is accessible to guests by pre-booking.

The first level has living, dining, kitchen, study nook, and an outdoor deck area that overlooks the pool, 2 generous bedrooms and a bathroom. Up the stairs the master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom including a luxurious bath and amazing views of the ocean and hinterland for miles.
