Super cute and cozy home! Easy access to everything in town, and very quiet at night in the neighborhood! The house is very charming and very clean!! Holly made it easy to check in and everything you would need is in the home! Will definitely book again!!

Our accommodations were great!!! It was clean, modern and we loved the 85” TV. The beds were very comfortable and furniture was well placed and we appreciated the throws to use while watching TV. We highly recommend this property!!

It was like you were hanging out at your grandparents house while they were out of town! Mainly, I'm referring to the nostalgic VHS experience, as well as the vintage touches in glassware, etc. There were also modern features to appreciate (smart TV, furniture, and comfy beds). Sublime location for any event in Courtland!

Jason's "cabin" is a beautiful and very secluded location. Exactly what we wanted! Jason was very considerate, respectful of our privacy, available & willing to help us in any way and very friendly! We highly recommend this home & will stay there again next time we go to see our family in Nebraska! And it has a great bed!!

We had a wonderful time at Ryan’s place. The property is great for walking and exploring! Kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. We hope to return!

If you're looking for an authentic old farmhouse experience, this is the spot! As mentioned in the description, the house is rustic, but that’s part of its charm. It has 4 bedrooms, we had 6 people, and it was comfortable. The location worked wonderfully for visiting family in the nearby town of Clifton. The house gave us a cozy feel. Just keep in mind, this is a classic farmhouse, so it’s ideal for those who appreciate a bit of rustic character. The host were quick with communication.
