Experience living like a local! This lovely villa is located just a stone's throw away from the beach in a very peaceful area, yet it is also remarkably close to the city, restaurants, and nightlife. This house is a rare opportunity with daily cleaning and electricity included. There are no additional fees! The villa has a huge balcony/patio facing the lagoon, the islands of the Koh Samui and Ang Tong national park. Access to the house is entirely private. And We just finished the renovation!

Studio is on the 4th lower level of our villa in the SW, 30 mins from airport, in a small village with a laid back feel called Thong Krut. 900 sqft studio, TV, Wifi & AC. Open plan, lounge area, American style kitchen fully equipped with electric hob, fridge, microwave, bedroom area & bathroom with shower, balcony with sun beds, full sea view. Private SOLE use of infinity pool and sala. Note pool isn’t on the same level. The studio is a secure gated community with security cameras.

It is an architectural villa on the south side of Koh Samui, private and in a natural environment, it has sweeping ocean views and has a great salt water lap pool. Half way up a hill, it gets natural breezes, whithout mozzies even at dusk. It is minimally designed, but takes maximum advantage of the nature. It is called the naked house because the walls are left naked. We primarily cater to families and couples.
