Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. The Truly Incredible Windsor Home, Free Parking

Welcome to your stay at this incredible and unique Grade II listed building- a stunning 3 bedroom house. Absolutely NO Parties and NO Events. I live close by and guests will be asked to leave immediately. No loud sounds after 10pm. We have to be very respectful of our neighbours. Walk to town in around 20 minutes where you will be able to visit all of the shops and sights. Alternatively hop in the car and drive to Legoland in around 5 minutes or Ascot Racecourse in just over 10.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The house is very spacious with a good sized garden. Four double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Master suite with ensuite bathroom. Main bathroom and also shower room downstairs. Plenty of kitchen area with bar seating and also washing machine in separate annexe area. Excellent transport facilities nearby with both buses and trains. Very close to The Epsom Downs Racecourse. Excellent walking area.

Lovely bright 2 bed home close to Hampton Court

We are situated just half a mile from Hampton Court where you will find an array of restaurants, cafes and shops to peruse and just a three minute walk from a large open park leading down to the River Thames. However, please note - Hampton Court is not in London and if you want to be close to London we may be too far for you. There is railway station which is about a 10 - 15 minute walk away and the line takes you to London Waterloo (a 35 minute journey).

Situated in Tolworth with private parking and just only 10 minutes walk from Tolworth Station and 12 minutes walk to local shops. You can take local train to Wimbledon just 4 stops (15 minutes) or 25 minutes and end up in London Waterloo. On another hand you only 6 km from from Kingston Upon Thames. Travel from Gatwick is very easy just take a train to Clapham Junction and then train to Tolworth Station. London Heathrow is accessible tube and train.
