Wigry Cabin

The cottage is located in the quiet village of Płociczno-Tartak, in the vicinity of other buildings, right next to the Wigry National Park, just 500 m from Lake Staw and 700 m from Lake Wigry. The area is conducive to outdoor recreation, including hiking and cycling, as well as water sports. Nearby there is a tavern and the Wigry Narrow Gauge Railway. Our place is also a great starting point for exploring the region's attractions, such as the post-Camaldolese monastery or Augustów.

Kayaking, beautiful cycling routes around Wigry, a post-Camaldolese monastery complex with a history dating back to 1632, and countless beaches and swimming areas. The region is attractive at any time of year. In autumn, mushroom picking and fishing, and in winter, beautiful walks in the rich snow cover and sledding.

Pet-friendly cottage

A cottage that can accommodate 2 to 7 people, two separate bedrooms. Heated goat for wood. Rent for at least 2 people, for at least 2 nights. On our property we walk a herd of meatballs and sheep, which come to the very door of the cottage, you can feed snacks (apple, carrots) The food is available from about mid-May to September, the choice of meals should be reported a few days before arrival. On the weekend of 11-13 July, the kitchen is closed.

In the vicinity Pokamedulski Monastery, Lake Chelsea with a water ski lift and attractions of Lithuania with Vilnius,Kaunas,Druskininkai where Aqua Park and Snow Arena are located. We offer bikes, help with rafting and SUP boards for a small fee.

The Lonely Oak Cottage is a perfect place for peaceful farm retreat, close to the nature and away from stress of everyday life. Depending on the sezon we undertake various farm duties e.g. honey harvesting, feeding animals or cleaning - our Guests are welcome to tak part where possible. The property is a lovely renovation of the original farmhouse, built of local timber and recently redecorated throughout.
