The lake house - our gem!

Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Nice accommodation next to Mörrumsån

A newly-renovated accommodation for up to 6 people on a farm by the Mörrumsån river. The apartment is in an older barn building and there are two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two 90 cm wide beds. The downstairs contains a bathroom with a washer and dryer as well as a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave and oven and stove. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more beds. From the kitchen, there is an exit directly to the patio with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.

Lillstugan

Welcome to our Lillstuga in southern Hoka. The cottage is located on our farm and right by Långasjön. The cottage is surrounded by horse pastures and our own private residence. (One picture is of our private residence). Here you have access to the beach, jetty, fishing boat and swimming raft. In the cabin, there is a sofa bed. The cottage is equipped with a portable induction hob, fridge, freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates and glasses. In the cabin, there is an air pump that provides both heat and cooling. Pets are not allowed!

Attic in the countryside, close to fishing and nature

Welcome to our newly-built attic apartment located in a detached building on the host couple's property. Great environment both inside and outside. Relax, listen to music and socialize, maximum 5 people. It is a short distance to cycle, walk or take the car to the store, pizzeria and Thai food in Asarum. 6 km to Mörrumsån (Kronolaxen If you have the opportunity, bring bicycles and take a ride along the nice bike path into the fantastic Karlshamn city center, about 6 km. Asarum's nearest bus stop, about 1 km.

Möllegården - Svängsta - Mörrumsån

Relax with the whole family or a group of friends in this peaceful place to stay with an outdoor deck overlooking the river. Mörrumsån flows through the village and here is also the company that has made Svängsta known all over the world: ABU Garcia. For those interested in exercise, a new skate hall, sports ground with tennis court and football fields, a sports hall, ski and cross-country ski trails, electrically lit exercise loops around Abborrsjön, cycling and hiking trails along Mörrumsån are offered.

Perfect for couples, small families, or friends seeking a peaceful retreat close to water and walking trails. The cottage sleeps 3–4 guests and features comfortable 160 cm double bed and sofa bed for 1–2 guests, dining area, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Small but well-equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. WC and shower. No fishing allowed.

Nice house in Linneryd near the Lake & the Forest

Stay comfortable in a typical Swedish house from a small village where you can enjoy Swedish nature, Småland lake and Kronoberg forest 🌲🫎 🎣 Mattress are new :-) Some precision on equipment : Barbecue is miniature. Computer screen for working is 22". Ink printer is available but the ink may be paying. Maintenance on bikes is not garanted. The main bathroom with shower is upstairs but the bath is in the basement.

Swedish Quarry House

Restored early 20th-century quarry house amongst the forests and lakes of Skåne. Mid-century furnishing, original artworks, and industrial lamps throughout. Sleeps up to 4 comfortably. 100m away lies a freshwater-filled quarry for bathing. Adjacent is the childhood home of a Nobel prize-winning author. Diabase quarry 300m away with sculptures and a gallery tucked in the trees.
