The guest house is located on a residential plot near the main building, with its own patio. The house has a double bed 160 cm and a mattress in the loft. To the loft, there is a steep staircase. (Best suited for 2 adults and possibly 1 child)

Here you live next door to the forest, several fishing and swimming lakes as well as a short drive to downtown Norrköping, Finspång and E4. Fully equipped residence with hall, bathroom, kitchen, common room and bedroom. Welcome ! Please note that in the spring of 2026 we will make land improvements on our property but nothing that prevents accessibility to the home.

Relax at Bråviken's northern beach in a unique and peaceful accommodation with lovely views all year round. The cozy 30 sqm house accommodates everything you need for comfortable self-catering, whether you stay one night or several weeks. With proximity to train, bus, Norrköping and Kolmården Zoo, the location is perfect for culture, hiking and nature experiences. Local restaurants and grocery stores are also within walking distance. An ideal accommodation for two adults who appreciate that little extra.

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Modern guest house

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built holiday home (2023) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings & gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre Nature Reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for recovery. Enjoy a sauna, kayak or cook together. Welcome to Lillhuset with a view of Lake Glan on the outskirts of Svärtinge. Here new and old meet. Here you can relax with the proximity to nature. Several hiking trails and fishing lakes nearby where you can fish from land. Fishing in central Norrköping is possible. 5 minutes by car there is Ica nearby, Nina's café, pizzeria, petrol and swimming area. Walking distance to outdoor gym. 2 hours to Stockholm.
