Cozy cottage 30 sqm with patio and beach plot

Unwind in this unique and quiet accommodation on the beach plot next to Lake Glan with good fishing opportunity. Private wood-fired hot tub can be booked. The cottage is built in 2022 and is fully equipped. In the cottage, there is 1 x 160-cm double bed and 1 x single sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available. Bed linen and towels are available to rent. A boat with oars and one canoe are available to borrow free of charge. Free Parking . Charging electric vehicles is not permitted. Approximately 7 minutes by car to Norrköping. 25 min to Kolmården. 5 minutes from E4’an.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Cottage Kolmården

Relax at Bråviken's northern beach in a unique and peaceful accommodation with lovely views all year round. The cozy 30 sqm house accommodates everything you need for comfortable self-catering, whether you stay one night or several weeks. With proximity to train, bus, Norrköping and Kolmården Zoo, the location is perfect for culture, hiking and nature experiences. Local restaurants and grocery stores are also within walking distance. An ideal accommodation for two adults who appreciate that little extra.

Luxury Lakeside Villa

Lakelands is a lyxury lakeside house with magnificant view through the paanoramic windows over the Tisnaren lake. It´s situated in the area of the manor house Beckershof with beautiful surroundings in the middle of the nature. The house is situated 30 meters from the water. You have a small beach, jetty and a souna on a jetty of your own. A small boat is also includes in wich ou can make trips along the lake. The house is very comfortable and has very relaxing atmosfer all year round!

Newly-built modern guest house close to nature

Nybyggt, modernt gästhus i ett mysigt grannskap med moderna och fina materialval. Huset ligger i ett lugnt läge i övre delen utav natursköna Svärtinge. Här bor du granne med skogen, flertal fiske och badsjöar samt en kort bilresa till centrala Norrköping, Finspång samt E4an. Fullt utrustad bostad med hall, badrum, kök, allrum samt sovrum. För info under sommaren 2026 kommer vi göra markförbättringar på våran tomt men inget som hindrar tillgänglighet till bostaden. Varmt välkomna !

Charmig stuga, Gustavsberg, Himmelsby

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Modern guest house

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built holiday home (2023) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings & gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre Nature Reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for recovery. Enjoy a sauna, kayak or cook together. There is plenty of space for social gatherings and lovely dinners as well as the opportunity to close the door (7 bedrooms - 8 beds including bed linen and towels). Warm welcome!

Welcome to Lillhuset with a view of Lake Glan on the outskirts of Svärtinge. Here new and old meet. Here you can relax with the proximity to nature. Several hiking trails and fishing lakes nearby where you can fish from land. Fishing in central Norrköping is possible. 5 minutes by car there is Ica nearby, Nina's café, pizzeria, petrol and swimming area. Walking distance to outdoor gym. 2 hours to Stockholm. Dogs are welcome but please let us know when you book
