Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

Local to East Midlands Airport and Donnington race circuit.

This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.
