We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

The pondside cottage in Poznań is half of a semi-detached property, making it the perfect place for intimate family or social gatherings (please note that there is a quiet period from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am). The house has its own independent entrance, including a gate and vehicle entrance – complete privacy with views of the pond and woodland. The property has 2 large rooms, one on the ground floor with a terrace and barbecue, and the other on the first floor. The PKP Poznań-Antoninek train station, bus stops and grocery shops are 700 metres away. There are two kitchenettes in the house and, importantly, 2 bathrooms.
