The house is located on the outskirts of the village, it was commissioned in 2016. Our comfortable 140 sqm brick house is open all year round. The rooms are new, nice and well-maintained. The house consists of: - ground floor: a double room with a shared bathroom, an equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room, - first floor: 2 triple rooms, 1 double room with a balcony or half-balcony, each with a bathroom. In the house: wireless internet access (Wi-Fi), TV, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a bookcase.

A modern 70 m² cottage in Niesulice, in a quiet, green area, about 5 minutes' walk from the lake and the beach. From the terrace, you can see the garden, the trees and the forest. The nature reserve bordering our property captivates with its terrain, colours that change throughout the year, and magnificent views. This place inspired us to build a house using natural technologies, an ecological home that harmonises with its surroundings, designed so that spending time in it is a pleasure.
