Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city at Paradeplatz. Very charming and lively area, just a 1-minute walk from Bahnhofstrasse, the main shopping street. Perfectly located, 12 minutes on foot from the main station, 1 minute from tram stops, and only 5 minutes from the lake. This apartment is suited for one person. It features a mini kitchen equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom includes towels and all the essentials. For non-smokers and calm tenants only.

Romantic garden view, calm & stylish

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
