Eclectic Garden Apartment in a Quiet Residential Area

This unique apartment not only is a one bedroom flat, but it has a nice, quite big kitchen with a breakfast table, a private garden with another table to enjoy some quiet moments or hosting guests. Guests have their own toilet as you have your master bathroom with a double-bathtub, a separate rainfall shower, toilet, wash machine and dryer. In-between your bedroom and bathroom, there is a dressing room with closets and access to your own storage space, e.g. for your suitcases. You enter this apartment by a door that is completely separate from the other main entrance of the house. Happy to provide support and/or tips about what to do here in Zurich. The apartment is in a residential neighborhood. A few shops are within walking distance. Nearby public transportation provides a 20-minute ride to downtown Zurich and reaches the airport in 30 minutes. Next to your apartment there is a tramway station that brings you to downtown Zurich, which takes about 20 minutes. Close to the apartment, there is also a bus station and among the lines offered, interesting certainly is the one that connects you to Zurich-Oerlikon's railway station to catch a train to Zurich Airport, total travel time to the airport around 30 minutes. On the other direction of the bus line, you get to Zurich-Altstetten and there's again another railway station. We have a dedicated car parking space for our guests on the other side of the street in front of our house.

Romantic, small 2 room Rustico lovingly furnished in Caneggio is located in a sunny location in the Muggio Valley at 555m above sea level, above Mendrisio. Great hiking area. Floor size a each 16 m2. Dogs are very welcome, please report in advance. No parking is available right in front of the house. Access possible (without parking - only unloading a stopover to the luggage). The modern studio is well suited for 2-4 adults. Personal Parking & seating is available. It offers individuals retreat & tranquility in a pleasant atmosphere. Active leisure enthusiasts will also get their money's worth in our area. Various bike tours, swimming lakes (5), hiking routes & interesting boat trips, promise a great break. The building recently underwent an eco-friendly renovation : hot water and heating are generated by a heat pump. Electricity is supplied by the photovoltaic panels installed on the roof. Very good location for excursions in Switzerland. Only 30min by car to Bern or the Bernese Oberland. 1h to Interlaken (Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe). 1,5h to Lucerne, 2h to Engelberg (with Titlis). Not accessible by public transport. Please: People with disabilities, always mention ( say ) so that we can provide the apartment for you properly. It is a 2 1/2 rooms - apartment. 4 beds in the bedroom and 4 beds in the living room.
