Over the past two decades, I've had the chance to visit numerous countries and cities, but none compare to the luxury and comfort I’ve found here. The villa itself is far more stunning and opulent than any pictures you might find online—it's like living in a palace. This place is perfect for families seeking both comfort and peace of mind. The team, led by Mr. Jabber, is incredibly attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. The villa is located in a highly secure and serene area, right next to the Sylhet Cantonment, ensuring a private and tranquil environment. Every bedroom is spacious and meticulously maintained, and the bathrooms are both modern and spotless. The master suite is particularly impressive—immense in size and beautifully decorated, providing a luxurious retreat. Fatema Villa is truly a place where you can unwind and feel like royalty with your loved ones.

We stayed for over 5 weeks. This was an unique experience, the hospitality and care from the owner is unforgettable. He ensured our safety and security and he meant everything that was promised. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was home like. I am very happy as well as all our guests who have come by and some who stayed with us. Very pleased with all personal touch, care taker Mr. Monaf, was super helpful. We were connected with transportation service with ex-army, Mr. Nuruzzaman, who was super caring and a proper gentleman. It's an amazing house and we had the best time that words cannot begin to express. If you are looking for highly secure house with friendly people around, this is it. We are very greatfull to the owner for all his hard work and care while we stayed.

This is our second stay in this beautiful home. This house makes a trip to Sreemangal a vacation. A bearer and a guard help you feel safe and cared for. The house is spacious. Four of the rooms have AC. Rooftop furniture was added this year and it helps make the roof a perfect spot for a sunset, or coffee in the morning. We were able to rent bikes for the week and this helped us really enjoy the area. The driveway allows for more than 2 cars and gives peace of mind.

Staying at Bashir's place was a fantastic experience! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The location was ideal—easy to get around and close to everything. What really stood out was Bashir’s hospitality—he was kind, responsive, and genuinely made me feel welcome from the start. It’s clear he cares about his guests’ comfort. This spacious home was ours for a month. The rooms were nice. This is the first and second floor of four, so it is not as hot as the top floor would be. If you are from Bangladesh, or have traveled extensively in Bangladesh, I give this place a thumbs up. It is all you would expect. If not, read: The electricity comes and goes in Sylhet. This home has a genius back up battery system for lights and fans. Some positives include filtered water (though my wife was scared of it and drank purchased water at 20 liters for $0.60 from the store nearest this road on the main drag.) The bedding included sheets and some towel, but not towels for every room. The place was quite dusty, but otherwise clean. The furniture was tastefully chosen. (The small sitting room had a mildew smell, but the rest of the home had no smell.). The owner is in the UK, so the home is serviced by his nephew M, a good young man. M helped us several times, meeting us, giving us keys, sending workmen to fix things.
