Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. We invite you to visit Western Masurian area to spend a wonderful time in our luxury villa situated right at the Pozen Lake shore (3 meters). From the big terrace you can enjoy the view of the whole lake as well as as surrounding Tabor Forest. Our house is ideal place for families seeking for active vacation time on water, bicycle in the forest as well as for people looking for a place for chillout and rest in the nature. It's also a paradise for watersports fans and fishing addicts.

In the price of our home you can use our pier, boats, water bikes, kayaks, sailboats, as well as sup boards. The house is very spacious, perfect for relaxing with the family! It is heated, year-round, and we can organize Christmas, New Year's Eve, or other special events like birthdays.
