The facility we invite you to is a newly-commissioned, modern, 2-room with a living room and kitchen, fully equipped, comfortable house, located on a separate, large, beautifully organized plot. It is an unusual, charming place, surrounded by greenery on all sides. The 800 sq meters plot is 180 meters away from the shore of the very clean (1st class of cleanliness) Lake Łęsk. Walking along the lake shore (5 minutes) you will see a communal swimming area with a large pier. The view from the cottage is directly to the forest.

The apartment is located in the city center, in a 3-story building, on the second floor, nearby there are two large parking lots, unfortunately unguarded. In the area of the lake, Small Homely and Large Homemade with a beach and walking paths around them. It's also close to shops, and just one step to the newly opened Galeria Jurand, as well as many cafes and restaurants, and our historic churches. You are most welcome. Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Masuria, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads to Lajs. No asphalt here, no shop or bar. Here, the sound of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, the clear water, and it's something you won't encounter anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful homes with dreams and pine trees around. Adjacent is a family work. Homes fit into local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Zimą, gdy przyjeżdżacie, dopóki nie rozpalicie w kominku, w domku panuje temperatura otoczenia. Czasem mam możliwość podjechać przed Waszym przyjazdem i nagrzać, ale to czasem ;-) Moc przyłączeniowa energii elektrycznej jest niska i nie ma możliwości jej zwiększenia. Powoduje to, że gdy używacie wielu odbiorników, "wywala korki", trzeba je włączyć.
