The kitchen is equipped with coffee, tea, a microwave, a fridge, an induction hob, a convection fryer and a washing machine. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with shower, toilet and storage. In this newly renovated apartment, you won't have to miss home! It has everything you could possibly need, whether you're traveling alone, with family or friends! The apartment was completed in the summer of 2025 and has both a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. As a neighbor, you have both tennis hall and outdoor courts available for booking as well as a bathhouse. A stone's throw away there is forest and nature. Bus stop that goes directly into Jönköping city can be found on the main road! Also close to Elmia - 15 minutes by car! Welcome to us!

Log cabin outside Jönköping overlooking Granarpssjön. You have access to the jetty, swimming raft and boat (boat with electric motor 50:-/day) The lake is located approximately 10 metres from the property. You also have access to the wood heated sauna on the property. The accommodation is well suited for family up to 4 people. There are wonderful hiking/biking opportunities in the area. Taberg, 15 minutes bike ride away, has a nature reserve with several hiking trails. Jönköping is 15 km away. The property has its own private patio.

A unique and peaceful home in the middle of the forest. In this tree house, you will live high up among the trees in a quiet, peaceful setting, with animals, birds and nature as your neighbours. Here the noise level is quiet, it smells of forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right fit. Nivå 84 Loft House with splendid lake view

Loft Niva84 is perched on a cliff, 84 meters above Lake Vättern, just outside Jönköping. Built in 2016, the house features a modern design focused on function and selected details. Perfect for both business and leisure guests. Its strategic location between Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo makes it an ideal place to pause and recharge – both yourself and your EV (charging available). Here, you’re close to both city and nature, with excellent public transport and the lake at your feet.

With nature around the corner, you can relax in this peaceful accommodation and cool off in the summer heat in nearby ponds with a jetty and sauna about 100 meters from the accommodation. The cottage is completely renovated with a fireplace on the lower floor, there is a dining table, kitchen, toilet and a sofa bed as well as an exit to a large outdoor patio. Spiral staircase to get to the upper floor where there are 4 beds, wardrobes and a small desk and a couple of armchairs.

Guesthouse by lake

Get close to nature and enjoy the tranquility of our newly-built (2023) guest house. The guest house is located on the same property as the main house, which is also rented out. The property offers a private beach with a jetty for swimming, and a wood-fired sauna right on the lake. The forest is just outside the doorstep, so it is suitable for mushroom and berry pickers. The lake also offers good fishing for those interested (perch, pike and zander) - or why not go canoeing.
