I spent 10 months in Wilfredo's apartment and I am very happy for choosing this place. I am a digital nomad working remotely. This time I needed an affordable and yet comfortable place to stay in Tacna for almost a year. The apartment was a very good catch. It is located near the large condominium complex Altozano, but the building is a better one (condominium San Pedro De Latarce). It has a guarded territory with a covered parking lot, consierge (Sr. Benito) always on duty and ready to help. It is not very far from the city center (25 minutes walk, 7 by car). The street is relatively quiet, plus the windows are good (double layered) and don't let any street noise in. Perfect for working and sleeping. The kitchen has all the appliances needed and more. Wilfredo proved to be very hospitable and caring cost. Whether I needed to replace the gas bottle, or to get help when locking myself out - Wilfredo was always online and ready to help. I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

Un buen lugar para hospedarse en Moquegua, se siente como en casa, cuenta con todo lo que se necesita para una estadía cómoda. Fácil de llegar y moverse por los alrededores. La anfitriona, Edith, siempre estuvo atenta a las consultas y comunicaciones, y con mucha disposición. Muy recomendable!

El especio de Randall es muy bueno y acogedor. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado, y nos sentimos como en casa.

Muy bonito lugar. Ideal para varias personas. En caso de ser 2 hay departamentos más pequeños en el mismo lugar. Fanny resultó muy atenta y amigable.

Gilda es y fue una excelente anfitriona, no se puede pedir mas, recomendable sin lugar a dudas

Maria es una excelente anfitriona , Héctor nos ayudó con todo y estuvimos muy felices y cómodos durante nuestra estadía, nos sentimos como en casa. gracias !!!
