My condo is a 34 sqm studio type unit located near Sky Ranch, and to the best restaurants in the city. It has a glass wall with a perfect view of Taal Lake and Volcano. Unit rental comes with a wifi (25 mbps), tv with netflix, home theater (sound bar), aircon, basic amenities (beddings, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, lotion, slippers), shower water heater and free parking space near the main lobby entrance. Maximum nr of guests allowed is 4 including infants.

The living area features a spacious sofa adorned with decorative pillows, a modern coffee table, and a dining table set for six. Warm light fills the room, highlighting the elegant decor and polished flooring, while a wall-mounted art piece adds a contemporary touch.
