Dans une résidence calme et sécurisée, nous proposons un studio indépendant avec salle de bain et WC privés. Il est équipé d'une kitchenette et d'un coin bureau. Le studio est situé dans notre propriété et donne sur une terrasse privative. L'accès au logement passe par 2 escaliers. Les voyageurs ont à leur disposition exclusive une terrasse en gazon, un sun-deck avec transats, table basse et un jacuzzi. Ce logement est strictement non fumeur, intérieur et extérieur. Pas d'enfants, ni bébé.

In an architect-designed house

This 55 m2 independent accommodation is located on the first floor of our house (we live on the second) on the mountain side in Punaauia. This is an architect's house that blends into the Polynesian vegetation, overlooking the Vaipoopoo River. The accommodation includes a large air-conditioned bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed (hotel quality), a modern bathroom, a kitchenette, an outdoor lounge and a pool room. You will have access to our pool, on the second floor on the deck.

Located between the beaches of PK18 "VAIAVA" (300 m, 5 min walk, the most beautiful white sand beach on the island of Tahiti) and Mahana Park (100 m, 2 min walk), 15-20 min from the airport by car. New house of 55 m2 on secure property, with food store opposite. 1 Kayak is available. Linens, pillows and towels are provided. Cleaning is to be done when leaving the house.
