Overall, it looks clean, but a lot of small spaces are still dirty.Floor mats, cotton comforters, moldy bathroom tiles, etc. 2. The outdoor air conditioner is running loudly and there will be constant noise as long as the air conditioner is running. 3. The soundproofing of the room is poor... basically, you can hear the sound when you talk next door, and the door is slightly vibrated. 4. Beds and quilts should only be replaced with cotton covers on the exterior layers. There is a small slice of mold on the skin the first night of sleeping. The husband is also not allergic and reacted to footsteps... I don't dare to cover the quilt afterwards. 5. indirect lighting. The listing is exactly the same with the pictures. Towels and basic necessities were provided. The entrance area is quite small and if you enter or exit at the same time with other guests, it will be quite crowded as everyone is busy putting on and taking off their shoes. The host will not be using the airbnb platform to communicate but use line instead. The room is right next to the street so it is very noisy, especially when motorcycles come and go. Do not expect a good nights sleep here because of the noise that will wake you up every now and then. There are also cats that randomly fight and scream outside 😅 Also, make sure to close the curtains when you enter as people outside can directly look down into the room. The luggage area is a rack outside the bnb. It is convenient as you may leave and get your items as you wish, but leave at your own risk, as there are no locks or security and is accessible by anyone and everyone. Definitely an affordable place to stay for a night.

Can be improved: the ventilation in the bathroom is not so good, there are some mould spots on the wall, can clean up a few words (suggesting it can be put on bleach + kitchen paper towel for an hour, mold can be removed effectively), it will look more neat.

the host was super super helpful and really put in a lot of effort to make us comfortable. we have learnt so much about the trees planted around the vicinity and we could see so many stars when the host brought us on a stargazing tour! the morning breakfasts were absolutely delicious homemade by the hosts themselves. Not to forget, they were so proactive in ensuring our safe journey after checking out. They really went out of their way to help us and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay there!
