Holiday rentals with beach access in Takamaka

Wonderful place, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Henri and everything are personal are adorable, responsive, discreet, professional. We had a great time in Avignon. You can go there without a second thought!!!!

Our stay was the perfect conclusion to an amazing trip to the Seychelles. It wasn’t just because of the wonderful, modern, and spotless accommodation, but especially due to the incredible hospitality of the hosts. The family is extremely warm, attentive, and helpful. Upon arrival, we were greeted with homemade lemonade, fresh fruit, and many thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Throughout our stay, Steven and his family were always available to answer any questions and, on our last evening, they even prepared a delicious meal for us. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mahé – it was the best accommodation out of the three that we had on Seychelles.

Michel's guest home exceeded our honeymoon expectations. This beautiful home, up on the hills overlooking the beaches of central/southern Mahe is walking distance (or a short drive if you choose to rent a car) from a calm and peaceful beach as well as a local restaurant which Michel recommended to us...it did not disappoint! My wife and I went there twice and the catch of the day was our favorite. This was one of many recommendations Michel gave to us during out stay. We even got fresh papaya from Michel local tree as a treat. If you decide you want to save some money and eat in, there is a grocery store just down the hill from the house. This air b&b is equip with all the basic cooking supplies you should need. It may be difficult to find the house off the main road, even if using navigation. There is a small sign tacked up to the electric post right as you are supposed to turn off the main road, however we still did not see it easily. We told Michel our expected arrival time and he and his family were keeping an eye for us to help once we were off the main road. We found it easier to located the house off the main road while it was still light out. We would stay here for weeks if we could. Everything is so lush and beautiful and if you look out on the balcony you can see bats flying around in the sky.

Seaside Self Catering is a beautiful and serene apartment. It's right in front of the crystal clear beach with access to shops and eateries. It easy to take an evening stroll staying here. The Lodge itself is tastefully furnished and spacious with everything you need for self catering. truly enjoyed my stay here. I would return here if I'm in Seychelles again.

The property is exactly as shown in the listed photos. Rather it is more beautiful in reality. Very nice location, easy to find and beach is walkable. The host was very responsive, right from enquiries till the final check out. We needed an extended stay which was readily agreed upon a reasonable extra payment. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking and dining ware suitable for 5-6 people, with appliances of microwave/cooking gas stove/toaster/fridge/washing machine/iron and clothes board/basic toiletries/towels. The check in was smooth with the receptionist giving clear instructions and nearby supermarkets and food recommendations. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, and worth the money! Definitely a recommendation for Mahe.

We had a pleasant stay at Thérèse's. The apartment matched the descriptions and photos. All the comforts to feel at home. Sparkling clean We can only recommend it 1000%. Perfect location, quiet and close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Car rental via Therese was also perfect. A big thank you to Thérèse for hosting us and for her availability.

I'd like to share my positive experience with my recent stay in your space. The stay was just amazing! The view of the sea was breathtaking and made my vacation something very special. The bathroom was well maintained and had everything you could ask for. I want to highlight the kindness of the host, who has always tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Check in and out went smoothly, which made the entire process very straightforward. I would highly recommend this place!

Fantastic stay! Nice pool to cool off in! Golf Cart to go to Eden Plaza! Beautiful snorkeling and 2 kayaks to paddle around! Would definitely recommend for a great stay!

When we arrived at Airbnb, we were down from a bad experience with another host. Well, Agnelle and Francis were the exact opposite and proof of the real Creole welcome! Very kind, helpful, they met us in every way with flexible check-in, also welcoming us with treats and preparing us a dinner (fantastic!), despite only staying one night. The house is perfectly maintained and the neighborhood is very quiet, immersed in greenery and close to the beaches. Although we couldn't see much of Mahe due to the weather we will bring a nice memory of the city thanks to Agnelle and Francis. We will recommend this airbnb to all our friends coming to Seychelles

A big thank you to Mrs. Hazel and her whole family for their warm and thoughtful welcome throughout our stay. The setting is cozy, relaxing, and perfectly maintained. The cottages are comfortable, very well equipped, and tastefully decorated. We particularly appreciated the amenities provided: pool, jacuzzi, barbecue... everything is designed for relaxation! A real plus: the possibility of renting an SUV directly on site, very comfortable, which allowed us to roam the island in complete freedom, from the north to the south. A place we recommend without so much as a second thought!

The home is beautiful, well-laid out, and so comfortable. It's incredibly clean, and John was so helpful and responsive! Seychelles is a dream location in every way: the beaches, the people, the colorful locale, the decor. And Eden Island really shows off all that is exquisite about Seychelles: from our private pool to the beach outside our door, to the buggy we could use to jot around the island, to the fitness center. And the home, which is so tastefully decorated. The host--John--was available whenever we needed. All in all, a really wonderful visit.

If you are looking for a very, very well cleaned house, in a quiet strategic place to reach both northern and southern beaches ( by car would be much better than by bus), you are in the right place! Everything is new and clean and Rita is the perfect host. She prepared a fresh lemonade at our arrival, and since my girls liked it a lot, she kindly refill several times. Other valuable plus: dinner and transfer at very reasonable price. Rita was leaving next to us, always ready to satisfy our requests, but leaving us all the privacy we needed.

Thank you so much 🩵! Marcella is a wonderful host and inspiring person working a lot for church. The Seychelles has been our best vacay with sunbathing, hiking, snorkeling, diving, Easter church services, surrounded by the most beautiful nature! We loved the Seychelles as well as Marcella's place! It is clean, spacious, well-furnished, and the view is absolutely amazing! Marcella was very responsive, and helped us kindly incl. late check-out. We would not recommend coming without a car but also enjoyed walking to the beach and restaurants sometimes. The location is great for a start, maybe staying in the south or one of the other islands is worth a consideration next time. One downside may be the price. Others are temporary construction noise around, missing refills (e.g. toilet paper) or on request (e.g. salt, trash bags), no AC in the living room, in the bedrooms it didn't always cool down, and parking can be tricky. It was nice and close to the center. Large space. Very good wifi. The grill is clean and perfect to prepare something in the evening.

Excellent host , Allison is always available . Beach towels are provided and staff there to turn the apartment . Allison was very kind . We needed eggs for breakfast for our kids , there was a shortage of eggs on the island but Allison gave us her personal stash . Also arranged transfers and car rentals for us . Stress free experience . Hotel like service Highly recommend

The apartment is just perfect👍, resembling the photos and Kate was a big one after our extended stopover and very flexible on the exit. It's very beautiful and very convenient to access as well as being private. If we come back to the Seychelles we will go back to your place👌.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, and super comfy, with attention paid to every small detail. Fully equipped kitchen including everything you need and even more (a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and waffle maker just to name a few). The view from terrace is exactly the same as on the photo. The apartment has good AC and ventilators in every room plus on the terrace. Comfy bed with good linens. Beach and shower towels are provided. The place is quiet and private, and the location is great. John was the best host! He always responded fast, gave me his full support, clear instructions, helpful information. He helped me a lot when my flight was canceled last minute and I had to change my plans - date change, plus early check-in and late check-out were provided free of charge!!! I couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend everyone book one of his places for a vacation you won't regret!!!

The apartment is perfect for two, with a lovely comfortable bedroom and bathroom, and really good sized kitchen / lounge area with a great balcony overlooking the Marina and the hills. Excellent kitchen fully equipped (has a Nespresso so bring capsules). Eden island is a great facility and a good base to tour from. Some good restaurants (Bravo in particular), and four beaches on the island means you don’t have to go far. That said, even some of the best and most remote beaches in the south such as Grand Police are only 40 minutes away. Airport is 12 minutes. Communications pre stay were excellent, and the hosts provided all we needed to apply for our entry visa. Would definitely stay again!

Renaud answered email questions immediately and was helpful with advice and his kind guidance. Everything we needed for our stay was in the apartment. This was our third stay on Eden Island and this was the nicest apartment that we've rented. We would like to say a big thank you to Renaud and hope that this apartment will be available should we make a return visit in the future. There are no negative comments as all was very good!
