Looking for a peaceful place to stay near forests, lakes and experiences? Then you found the right place! This small cottage offers peace and proximity to both wilderness and water. Here you live with hiking trails just around the corner and Vänern's beautiful swimming areas just a few kilometers away. From the furnished balcony, you have a front row seat to nature – moose, deer and foxes often pass by. A perfect place for morning coffee or an evening at sunset. In addition, Hammarö golf course is just a short drive away.

Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre. Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.
