Holiday rentals with a patio in Talca

Apartment cozy, bien locication. It had everything you need to spend several days, a quiet sector, with a supermarket and nearby places. Oscar is a very good host, always attentive and responds very quickly, I would come back.

The apartment is in a new building well equipped, clean, organized and has all the utensils to be able to cook. It's quite bright, quiet and temperate. Even though it was cold outside and was raining, the night in the apartment was warm because it has a thermo panel. It's a good neighborhood. Located on main avenue, but within a private enclosure. It has parking and concierge on access to this one. I chose it by being steps away from the University (you just had to look for the traffic light and cross). It takes 6 minutes. I would definitely pick it again if I have to go back to Talca. Communication with the host was always very friendly.

Very good accommodation and the owner with great willingness and kindness. The clear instructions and the apartment is very comfortable, including the concierge with excellent and friendly disposition.

Carolina welcomed us with admirable quality, her space vibrates in the same way... we couldn't stay longer, due to work issues, but we would have liked to stay longer...totally recommended🤍thanks
