Beautiful home in a wonderful environment, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant family time. Description and photos are as and in reality, beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood that loved everyone. Definitely highly recommended and communication with Ronald was always smooth. Home automation gives the stay a plus.

Excellent place to vacation as a family, many activities for entertaining, impeccable swimming pool (not so hot... it is not so hot... it is the south of Chile, but in very good condition of cleanliness and good size for swimming), pool table in good condition and other games in a casita apart from the main house, good quality tennis ground (a lot of maleza and bush around yes, that they pinch their hands to recover the balls), quincho for roast with outdoor light, and green spaces with fruit trees, sun and shade areas... a lovely atmosphere!!! The house itself, simple in its furniture and equipment, but in good condition, clean, cool, and with space / volume that makes it very pleasant. Too bad because the insects outside don't allow you to eat quietly in the outdoor spaces, but eating inside the house was nice so it wasn't frustration having to eat inside. The attention of Juan Manuel and his 2 excellent brothers, with special mention to Miguel, always attentive.

This place was perfect for us! We loved everything about it, but mainly the amazing view and the peaceful, relaxing vibe. Host was friendly and responsive, greqt communication all around. We are definitely coming back! :)

Second time we stay, as always everything is perfect. Just mention the access to the tower's lobby is under repair so you have to walk through the parking area and walking is something cumbersome. perfect location for shopping.

Wonderful apartment is even better than in the photos, it has everything you need to have a pleasant stay, within it you appreciate how equipped the kitchen is, large TV with streaming's and the balcony overlooking the Bío Bío River. The hostess is always attentive and very willing to consult, I would definitely come back.

The place matches the description, the fully-equipped kitchen, even extra like tea, coffee, dressings and many more The place is very quiet, there are not many people, on the date we were at least, so there was no noise and we didn't bother either. It is at the front of the beach and if you are not driving, the micro leaves you right outside and to take it, the same thing, either to go to the center of Tomé or Concepción. Next door is a pub, convenience store, bakery, hardware store, very accessible everything. 100% recommended.
