The accommodation was clean and nice to stay.

Mika is a very caring person, we were in Almaty at four o'clock in the morning, and since the room was occupied, she asked us to take a ride to her mother's place to rest first.She also provided us with local tourist spots to make our trip to Almaty very enjoyable!There are big shopping malls near the house, shopping is convenient.All in all, it was a great choice to come to Almaty and left us a good memory.

Travelling half globe away, with all the experience i had with Max right from the day i arrived at 4:00 AM in the morning till the day departed from Almaty, i can say we found a lovely brotherhood moments and great friendships for years to come. 👏Bravo brother Max !✨👌🍻. The 1 BHK apartment is located on the 13th floor of a modern and good looking building complex right above the Nedelka Cafe, which is in the heart of Almaty. The apartment is exactly as described by the host. Beautiful views of the city and the mountains greeted us from the windows. It also has a fast elevator/lift. Many supermarkets and eateries are within walking distance. The host is responsive and accommodating. She provided us with a can of drinking water when we arrived at 1 AM! They even have a portable bidet. A few more glasses would be a nice addition. Overall we would love to come back.

The place is as per the pictures and everyone of my family loved it.. Its very close to many restaurants and definitely would recommend it... Only drawback is... There is no option of drinking water, we need to buy from supermarkets... But just 250m from apartment found a water dispensary setup by govt I think.. Which can be used to refill if you have an empty can cheaply lie 75T for 5lts of water

My family had a very restful stay! We especially enjoyed the incredible view and watching the sunrise over the city and the Tian Shan Mtns from the 13th floor! There are a few great cafes and a large grocery store in the same block!

Great apartment in a fantastic location with lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops within easily walkable distances. Good shopping area too.

We stayed for 8 days at Kate's house with husband and 3-year-old son, and we highly recommend it! The house is modern and comfortable. There are restaurants, cafes for coffee, and a mini market just around the corner. It’s easy to get a taxi, and you can also take a bus within walking distance. Everything was great!

Very happy with the stay. Great host that was very accommodating and easy to work with. No surprises and no issues. The location is fantastic. I highly recommend staying here to be walking distance to the best parts of Almaty.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Maxim's apartment for a week and would like to express our great gratitude for the cleanliness, coziness, pleasant interior and functionality of the apartment. We were comfortable and relaxed (quiet) and work (fast uninterrupted internet). The apartment is in a beautiful area, nearby, within walking distance, there is the Botanical Garden of indescribable beauty, all kinds of shops, good restaurants and cafes. For example, literally at a stone's throw away, there is a cafe Vivienne, where there are nice guys who have delicious coffee :) We went to them for breakfast, breakfasts and desserts were beautiful. Maxim is available to help you with any questions you may have any questions. Everything was great!

The unit is in a Khrushchev building which is still very common in Almaty. But the location is very good and most importantly the unit itself is well refurbished and cleaned. The host is very responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay at Almaty...location is extremely convensational for tourists like us , who are unknown to the place. Very helpful Host. A 24/7 supermarket right under the Apartments, is the best part of it. The stay is on the 2nd floor and host Timur helped us a lot in carrying our luggages through steps, as there are no lifts.

I stay at Rashida’s place for a month while working remotely. The place felt like a second home and I enjoy very much my stay there. The host was very responsive and offer cleaning service each week. The apartment is beautiful, clean and cozy.
