The house is a 2-minute walk from Kodokuji Station on the Odakyu Line and a 3-minute walk from Yamashita Station on the Setagaya Line. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 double beds, 1 double futon, 1 single bed, and 1 sofa bed. It's great for groups of 2 or for 2 people to use it spaciously. The dining room is a shoes-off area, so I think it would be better for families with babies aged 0-1 to avoid it. Kotokuji Temple, famous for its many lucky cats, is about a 10-minute walk away, so please visit. Easy access to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, Shimokitazawa, and Sangenjaya, and it is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a more local Tokyo. The house is on a shopping street, and there are coffee shops, 7-Eleven and supermarkets nearby, so it is very convenient. The public bath, which is a 1-minute walk, is also recommended for relaxing! The interior is a bit rough because it is an old row house, but don't worry, it's been approved by the fire department and health center. Tennis Forest Kawaguchiko rents coats and equipment, which you can use before C-INN and after C-OUT. Please contact Tennis Forest in advance if you'd like to use it, as it is a reservation system.

Yu-Yu-So can be used as a longhouse, but it can also be used as a detached house. It is a quiet residential area. The nearest station is Koenji on the JR Chuo Line, which is 2 stops to Shinjuku, and there is a shopping street and Korean town nearby. There are many downtown spots within walking distance, such as shopping streets and delicious izakaya bars. You can use the first and second floors separately, or you can use it as a detached house. Of course, you can also use the 1st floor as an office (work from home). We can accommodate short-term rentals to long-term rentals.
