The apartment is very spacious, nice and comfortable. It has all the amenities described in the publication, in addition to the fact that Cintia was always on the lookout for us to have an excellent stay. The place is very safe and the residential staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment and on my next visit to CD Madero it will be my first option to stay.

Fantastic location. Booked last minute (hours before new years eve) , and Herminia was incredible in ensuring everything was sorted for us. The terrace is MASSIVE. And has everything you need to entertain family. The inside is well kept and comfortable. It wasn’t an issue for me, but there are a lot of stairs to get up to the unit. So do take into consideration if you have troubles with stairs. There is an elevator, and it would of been nice to use it the entire stay, but it was kept on the second floor, which we had no access to - so was unable to move the elevator from it. Which was a bit of a trouble for my Uncle as he uses a cane, and we had to help him down all the stairs. All in all, amazing location and beautiful spot. Wont find much like this in Playa Miramar! Overall very well, both the host and the managers De la Torre are very friendly and attentive to all our needs. It is understandable that since the first tower needed a remodeling of the bathrooms, both those in the apartment and the one in the beach area.
